Terms of Service

1. About these terms

These terms govern your use of the Localquisition website and set out the general basis on which we engage with clients. By using this website, you agree to these terms. Specific client engagements are governed by a separate written service agreement, which takes precedence over these terms where they differ.

2. Our services

Localquisition provides local business growth services on a monthly basis, including websites, hosting, Google Business Profile management, local SEO, online bookings, WhatsApp chat integration, review systems and lead tracking. The scope of each engagement is defined in the applicable service agreement.

3. Outcomes and our guarantees

Digital marketing outcomes depend on factors outside any provider's control, including Google's algorithms, competition and market conditions. Beyond the specific guarantees we make below, we work on a best-efforts basis, forecast honestly and report transparently, and we do not promise a specific ranking position, traffic volume, lead count or revenue figure. We make two specific guarantees: your website goes live within 48 hours of us receiving your completed content, and your Google ranking improves within 14 days of your profile and site going live, failing which your next month is free. Both guarantees depend on you providing the content, access and approvals we need. Anything else on this website describing results is illustrative or based on published industry research, not a promise.

4. Fees and terms

The website build is charged as described on our pricing page. Ongoing services are billed monthly. Where you choose a longer commitment in exchange for a lower monthly rate, that commitment period is set out in your service agreement. On termination, clients retain ownership of their website, Google Business Profile and data, subject to settlement of outstanding amounts.

5. Your responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate business information, respond to reasonable requests for input and approvals, and use our website and services lawfully. You may not attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer or misuse this website.

6. Intellectual property

The content, design and branding of this website belong to Localquisition. Work produced for clients is governed by the applicable service agreement, under which clients own their website and content on exit as described above.

7. Third-party services

Our website links to and integrates with third-party services such as WhatsApp, Calendly and Google. We are not responsible for the content, availability or practices of third-party services, which are governed by their own terms.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by South African law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from the use of this website. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

9. Privacy

Personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and POPIA.

10. General
